Cancellation policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us
(Stilami GmbH | Kohlmarkt 16, 1010 Wien) by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any case, you will not incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and for which the consumer’s individual selection or specification is essential for their production, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
Market fluctuations that are beyond the control of the business owner;
