How do I activate my STILAMI Identity Card?

Open the STILAMI Identity app and click on “Login” at the top right. Select the “Identity Card” login method and click on “Set up a new Identity Card.” Create your personal 4-digit PIN and click “Submit.” Scan your Identity Card when prompted. After a successful scan, you will receive an automatically generated PUK. Write it down and keep it safe. The PUK allows you to reset your password and restore certificates of authenticity if your Identity Card is lost.

How do I activate the certificate of authenticity for a new jewellery piece?

Log in with your Identity Card that you received with your purchase. Scan the jewellery box of your new jewellery piece. Press the “Claim Ownership” button and follow the instructions in the app. After completing the process, a green checkmark will appear next to “Proof of Ownership.” The certificate is now fully activated.

You will receive your personal Identity Card when you purchase your first STILAMI jewellery piece.
Open the STILAMI Identity App and scan the Identity Card.
Create your personal 4-digit PIN to protect the card from unauthorized use.
