At STILAMI, we pursue a conscious symbiosis with people and the environment, acknowledging the challenge of acting fully environmentally conscious in today’s global context. For this reason, we have embedded sustainability in our STILAMI Sustainability Policy, which aligns with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. We have set high standards for ourselves, which serve as a guide for our continuous commitment to responsible and ethical business practices.
Through annual goals and precise evaluations, we ensure ongoing progress, with goals always being exceeded and never fallen short of. The objectives and current situation are always transparent and evaluated in an annual report.

sustainability policy.
By applying strict guidelines in these key areas and continuously reviewing and adjusting our processes, we aim to minimize our ecological and social footprint.

Our jewellery pieces are fully made in Austria, which allows us direct control over the production process and helps us maintain high-quality standards.
At STILAMI, we adhere to the highest ethical standards and sustainability when selecting our diamonds. Our diamonds are sourced exclusively from ethically responsible sources, meaning they are not sourced from conflict regions, and their extraction takes place under fair working conditions. We place great importance on minimizing the environmental impact of diamond mining, contributing to a responsible and sustainable jewellery industry.
To ensure these high standards, we require a range of certificates and memberships that confirm our compliance with these criteria. These include, among others, the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA), the World Diamond Council (WDC), the Israel Diamond Exchange, the Responsible Jewellery Council, the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030, itraceiT, and Tracr. These certificates and memberships are just a few of the steps we take to ensure that each of our diamonds meets the highest ethical and environmentally friendly standards.
At STILAMI, we rely on recycled gold. Our jewellery pieces are made from 18-karat gold sourced from existing gold resources, including old jewellery, industrial metals, and electronic waste. By reusing these materials, we ensure that no new gold needs to be mined, helping to reduce environmental damage. This is a crucial part of our efforts to integrate sustainable and eco-friendly practices into our workflows.
Our jewellery boxes are made from certified Austrian wood and treated with natural oils. The production process uses renewable energy, further supporting our approach to environmental conservation.
We place great value on transparency and open communication, both internally with our employees and externally with our customers and partners. This ensures that all stakeholders are informed about our goals, progress, and challenges. By providing detailed information about the origin of our materials, production conditions, and transportation routes, we aim to give our customers confidence that their jewellery has been made under fair conditions.
For any further questions or concerns, we are always happy to assist you.
